Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to generate leads, handle client interactions, and convert prospects into long-term customers. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, CRM Solutions, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for requirement gathering.

Present company services and solutions to clients.

Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up regularly.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Update lead status and maintain reports in CRM.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of IT services (Websites, Apps, CRM, etc.).

Ability to handle client objections confidently.

Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).

03 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales preferred.
