Job Description

Profile:IT Sales Executivefor an IT Solution Provider at Baner, Pune

Job Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business and IT requirements.

3. Present and clearly communicate the company's IT products, solutions, and services to customers.

4. Manage client queries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and post-sales support.

6. Consistently track and manage leads, follow-ups, and deal closures to achieve assigned sales targets.

7. Maintain accurate sales records, including visit reports, pipeline status, and CRM updates, in line with company processes.

Key Skills Required

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills

2. Basic understanding of IT products/services

3. Ability to work independently in field

4. Target-oriented and result-driven approach

Preference: Male Candidates Only (Fresher can also apply)

Salary: Upto 30 K

Please Note,

To justify the salary, achieving the assigned targets is mandatory.

1st Month Target - 1 Sale

2nd Month Target - 3 Sales

3rd Month Target - 5 Sales (After that 5 sales every month)

No Sale, No Salary policy will be applicable.

Incentive plans and quarterly bonus are available and will be explained during the interview.
