Job Description

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

· Identify and prospect new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

· Lead negotiations and close deals to meet revenue goals.

· Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

· Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients.

· Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT or AI solutions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong market research and strategic planning abilities.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client acquisition.
