Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination

Client Communication
- Handle client queries, provide product information, and coordinate meetings or demos with technical/sales teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM data, and ensure proper documentation of quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Marketing Support
- Assist in creating marketing materials, email campaigns, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
Coordination with Technical Teams
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams for solution customization, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on trends in RFID, NFC, Barcode, and IoT industries to support customer conversations and internal planning.
