We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional for Contract Staffing (C2C) with strong communication skills and proven client-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads for C2C/Contract staffing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams
- Follow up on leads and close business opportunities
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline data
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship management
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Understanding of C2C / US staffing lifecycle
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales (Contract Staffing preferred)
- Salary: As per corporate standards (best in the industry for the right candidate)
