About the Role
Codeqlik is looking for an ambitious and experienced IT Sales Professional who can drive revenue growth through client hunting, lead generation, and closing high-value deals. This is a fully onsite role in Jaipur for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead research, networking, and outreach
- Identify client needs and propose relevant IT software, services, and digital solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals)
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enable repeat business
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-up plans
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams for solution delivery
- Track all sales activities using CRM or internal tools
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in IT sales / B2B technology sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand IT products, SaaS solutions, and digital services
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong hunter mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Jaipur
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience selling software development, IT services, or cloud-based solutions
- Existing client network in corporate/IT sector
