We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive the growth and adoption of our newly launched product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, sales pipeline management, customer acquisition, and digital marketing initiatives, leveraging modern tools such as Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate qualified leads using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting (emails, calls, social outreach)
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings
- Convert prospects into customers and meet/exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute account-based selling strategies
2. Marketing & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, paid ads)
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create campaign assets
- Work on product positioning, messaging, and branding
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives to improve inbound leads
3. CRM & Sales Tracking
- Manage and track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM and lead management systems
- Use dashboards and analytics tools to monitor:
- Conversion rates
- Sales pipeline health
- Campaign performance
- Generate sales and marketing reports for leadership
4. Tools & Technology Utilization
- Use Apollo.io (or equivalent) for:
- Lead sourcing
- Email automation
- Contact enrichment
- Use sales engagement tools for outreach sequences
- Integrate and optimize the use of:
- CRM systems
- Marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, dashboards)
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Gather feedback to improve the product and customer experience
- Handle queries and coordinate with internal teams (product, support, delivery)
