Location: Bhopal (IT Park)

Domain Mandatory: IT Services & SaaS

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate and execute leads for IT services and SaaS solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

60% leads will be provided by the company; 40% leads must be self-generated.

Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project transitions post-deal closure.

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

23 years of experience in IT sales within a SAAS company or serviced based company

Hands-on experience selling IT services and SaaS solutions.

Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
