Location: Bhopal (IT Park)

Domain Mandatory: IT Services & SaaS

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and execute leads for IT services and SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • 60% leads will be provided by the company; 40% leads must be self-generated.
  • Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project transitions post-deal closure.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in IT sales within a SAAS company or serviced based company
  • Hands-on experience selling IT services and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
