Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and execute leads for IT services and SaaS solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- 60% leads will be provided by the company; 40% leads must be self-generated.
- Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project transitions post-deal closure.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in IT sales within a SAAS company or serviced based company
- Hands-on experience selling IT services and SaaS solutions.
- Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
