Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi (Nippon Q1 Mall-Palarivattom) for an IT Recruitment Consultant (Mid-Level). The IT Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with hiring information technology professionals. The role includes sourcing candidates, interviewing, and placing them in the right job position. The IT Recruitment Consultant will ensure that the candidate's skills match the role's requirements and that the hiring process runs smoothly.

Onsite - Exasoft Pte Ltd,Nippon Q1 Mall (Infra Q1),Near Don Bosco Cultural Centre, Chakkalakkal, Service Rd East, NH 66 Palarivattom, Vennala, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala,

Work Timings: 8 AM IST - 5 PM IST(Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is stationed in India and would assist in hiring for our APAC and international clients.

• Degree or Masters in Information Technology ,Computer Science,Commerce.
• Good understanding of IT, banking, digital and modern technologies
• Minimum 1-3 years in recruitment, preferably in IT recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in English
• Excellent track record of successfully sourcing candidates for contract and permanent roles
• Committed and professional, self-driven to deliver consistently
• This role would follow Singapore public holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring resources for contract roles as well as permanent roles
• Candidate outreach, sourcing & and research, salary negotiations
• Prompt follow-up with candidates, courteous and professional attitude
• Build and maintain a talent pool
• Maintain proper documentation
• Relevant skills and qualifications that would benefit this role include having a strong network of IT professionals, experience in managing clients, and knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
