We are seeking a dedicated IT Recruiter to join our team, either as a freelancer working from home or as a full-time employee in our Kilpauk, Chennai office. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a strong ability to attract and evaluate talent in the technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of current trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices.
