Roles and Responsibilities:
---Should be able to work and deliver profiles for AI, Salesforce, Servicenow and other emerging technologies.
---Understanding Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, technical skills, and company culture fit.
---Sourcing & Attraction: Find candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking at tech events; craft compelling job posts and emails.
---Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess technical aptitude and soft skills.
---Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews (technical, behavioural) with hiring teams, manage the process, and provide timely feedback.
----Offer Negotiation: Manage salary discussions, benefits, and present growth opportunities to close candidates.
---Candidate Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, keep candidates informed, and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
---Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the joining process for a smooth transition.
---Strategy & Reporting: Develop recruitment strategies, use ATS-Ceipal (Applicant Tracking Systems), and report on recruitment metrics and able to use other AI tools for checking the quality of profiles.
---Market Awareness: Stay updated on IT industry trends, new technologies, and salary benchmarks.
