Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an IT Recruiter (US Hiring) based in Bhubaneswar. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying and sourcing top technical talent, screening and interviewing candidates. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, staying informed on IT industry hiring trends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract and Full-Time roles across W2 and C2C hiring models
- Work on direct client implementation partner requirements.
- Manage candidate lifecycle including submissions, interview scheduling, feedback, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws, client guidelines, and internal recruitment policies.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral screenings.
- Negotiate compensation rates (W2/C2C/1099).
- Source, screen, and submit candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, and vendor networks.
Essential Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in End-to-End US IT recruitment
- Effective communication abilities.
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
- Proven track record of successful closures.
- Strong understanding of US staffing lifecycle.
- Knowledge of US visa types: H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, EAD, etc.
- Experience in working with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms
