Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in handling international hiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle multiple roles across EMEA regions (IT / Non-IT as required)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Use Boolean and X-ray search techniques to identify talent
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
3. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers across different countries
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
4. Screening & Interview Coordination
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure hiring processes comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
6. Offer Management
- Manage offer negotiations and closing candidates
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience (preferably EMEA hiring)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
- Experience working with international clients or stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
