This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an IT Recruiter/Trainee Recruiter. The role entails managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT positions. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers. The IT Recruiter will play a vital role in understanding the technical roles and requirements to align candidates accordingly, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Strong proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, with the ability to understand technical job requirements and match candidates effectively.
• Experience in Recruiting and Hiring within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and timelines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition is a plus.
