We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle

Technical knowledge to be able to understand and explain requirements & qualifications

Proven work experience

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

The ability to negotiate with candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
