Twite AI Technologies, Chennai
Work From Office (Monday – Friday)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Source and screen IT professionals across various technologies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Post jobs on job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and a passion for HR are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
