IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location

Twite AI Technologies, Chennai

Work From Office (Monday – Friday)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT professionals across various technologies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Post jobs on job portals and social media platforms.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with strong communication and a passion for HR are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
