Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic
IT Recruiter with 1 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT technologies while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 1 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sourcing for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, SAP, and other IT skill sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in contract staffing or permanent staffing is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
