About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who has strong expertise in staff augmentation / contract staffing. The ideal candidate should excel in sourcing, screening, and providing high-quality IT talent within aggressive timelines. You will collaborate directly with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment cycle for staff augmentation / contract-based hiring, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Source candidates using multiple platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, networking communities, internal database, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly to ensure precise candidate fitment.
- Evaluate technical and functional skills through pre-screening calls, resume assessment, and skill qualification.
- Maintain candidate database, update ATS/CRM, and ensure proper documentation during hiring.
- Coordinate with internal delivery, HR, and client representatives for interviews, onboarding, and contracts.
- Achieve daily/weekly metrics which may include submissions, interview ratios, joiner success rate, etc.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, contracts, rate management, and client SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 46 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically focused on staff augmentation / contract staffing.
- Strong experience in sourcing profiles for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, Networking, Security, etc.
- Prior experience working with IT service providers, staffing companies, or consulting firms is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, market trends, and salary/rate benchmarking.
- Proficiency in tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Job Portals, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
