Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter at our Bengaluru office. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for technical roles. This role involves building relationships with candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies to meet organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Strong Hiring skills and ability to assess technical expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with candidates and hiring teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple requirements efficiently
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the
