Location: Chennai – Ekkatuthangal

Experience: 2+ Years

Employment: Permanent

Work Mode: 5 Days – Work from Office

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Candidates who can join within 1–2 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Domestic IT Staffing & Contract Staffing

End-to-End Recruitment – Sourcing to Closure

Handling multiple IT requirements across clients

Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

Driving closures within defined timelines

We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment

• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals

• Good understanding of IT technologies and skill sets

• Strong candidate screening and engagement skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and achieve closures

Immediate joiners are highly preferred!
