Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for domestic IT positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media references, and internal databases.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and ensure smooth communication.
- Negotiate salaries, notice periods, and other terms to ensure successful closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with offered candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Work closely with the internal team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports and trackers for recruitment activities.
