It Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter with strong knowledge of technology hiring. The role involves hiring technical professionals directly for our organization as well as managing recruitment mandates for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand technical requirements and screen candidates based on skills, experience, project exposure, and role fit.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
• Work on profiles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Pega, Testing, and other IT positions.
• Conduct initial technical/functional screening and assess candidates against JDs.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, salary discussions, offer negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines.
• Manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT/technical profiles and technology terminologies.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search, Naukri, LinkedIn, and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to understand a technical JD and identify mandatory vs. good-to-have skills.
• Strong candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
