We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in recruiting for IT positions and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our technical staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates suitability for IT roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Maintain candidate databases and track progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
