Exp: 6months to 2 Yrs.

Location: Chennai Only

Notice Period: Immediate Only.

Work mode: Work from Office

Salary Range: As per Industry standard

Shift: General Shift.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- 0.6 months to 2 years of expertise in Domestic IT Recruiter /Attraction and Sourcing, Screening, and Scheduling End-to-End Recruitment.

- Experience in Client/Account handling and RPO with Delivery,

- Excellent knowledge of digital and social platforms for recruiting

- Experience in direct search methodologies (i.e Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, ATS) and other recruitment tools

- Experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a direct team

- Excellent written and oral communication skills language: English

- Inquisitive, Curious personality, enjoys learning and discovery

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive approach in addressing obstacles/barriers
