Job description

Role Responsibilities

·      3 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment.

·      Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for Permanent Hring, Contract to Hire, Contractual hiring models.

·      Formulate a sourcing strategy and identify target talent pools.

·      Minimum 8/10 Cvs submitting to client daily.

·      Minimum 4/5 joiners per month.

·      Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for niche technologies such as AI/ML, Cloud, Big-Data, ERP/SAP, etc.

·      Good understanding of Keywords search, Xray search, Boolean search techniques and recruitment tools.

·      Maintain client-wise position tracker (received date, actions taken, response time & status).

·      Source potential candidates via job portals, networking sites, and new-age sourcing tools.

·      Critical skills mapping, profile evaluation, shortlisting & candidate assessments.

·      Rotate candidates effectively to ensure maximum conversions.

·      Attend client review meetings, manage expectations, resolve recruitment challenges.

·      Build continuous candidate pipeline for ongoing mandates.

·      Maintain drive-wise / position-wise trackers to optimize efficiency & revenue.

·      Full-cycle recruitment: Client & candidate management, negotiation, closure.

Education

UG: Preferred Degree: - B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization, B.C.A. in Any Specialization or Graduation in any stream.

PG: MCA in Any Specialization
