We are looking for an IT Recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven ability to identify and attract top technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles and technical skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
