- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and candidate motivation
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and regular updates
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance and joining process
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices GenAI Recruitment Platform Champion
- Effectively use and maximize our GenAI recruitment platform for sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
- Provide regular, actionable feedback to product and tech teams on usability, features, and performance
- Identify gaps, bugs, and enhancement opportunities to improve platform effectiveness
- Participate in product testing, beta feature trials, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Share best practices and innovative use cases to drive platform adoption across the team
- Collaborate with the tech team to influence the product roadmap based on real-world recruiting needs
- Document workflows and suggest improvements based on daily platform usage Multi-Tool Proficiency
- Use a combination of GenAI tools and standard recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.) to meet hiring goals
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when working across multiple tools
- Evaluate and compare tools to provide strategic insights to leadership
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in technical IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation
- Experience working with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with job portals and ATS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Tech-savvy with enthusiasm for AI-powered recruitment tools
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to product and technical teams
- Analytical mindset to assess tool effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience recruiting for product-based companies or IT services organizations
- Familiarity with roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, etc.
