About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive IT Recruiter Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This internship is ideal for candidates who have prior HR internship experience, especially in resume sourcing, screening, and coordination. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, working closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) based on client requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in initial telephonic screenings and candidate assessments.
- Support the HR and recruitment team in daily operational activities.
- Work closely with the recruitment lead to understand client hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior HR Internship experience (especially in sourcing, screening, or recruitment coordination).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with major job portals and social media sourcing.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
