Role Description
This is a full-time role for a dual-market IT Recruiter for our international client. The candidate will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both Domestic (India) and US IT markets, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals. Responsibilities include conducting technical interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand diverse job requirements, managing global job advertisements, and maintaining high-touch relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience across different time zones.
Work Schedule: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
Salary Budget: 3.0 3.5 LPA
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience in both Domestic (India) and interest working with US IT Recruitment is required. Training will be provided for both.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Must demonstrate deep proficiency in US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) as well as India-specific compensation structures (CTC, Fixed vs. Variable, Statutory Benefits).
Qualifications
- Full-Life Cycle Recruiting: Previous experience in the complete hiring journey, from initial intake calls to final offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency in screening for various IT stacks and understanding the nuances of technical roles in different geographical markets.
- Strategic Sourcing: Knowledge of effective recruiting strategies and headhunting techniques tailored to both local and international talent pools.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge cultural communication gaps and negotiate competitive offers in different currencies.
- Operational Excellence: High level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
