Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting them on relevant job portals.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Support the team in managing the recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
