• We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting IT professionals and will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making job offers.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings.
