Job Description:
We are looking for a sharp, results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across technologies, ensuring we hire the right talent fast without compromising quality.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical IT roles (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, data engineers, etc.).
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate experience and maintain professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay updated on the IT hiring market, trends, and salary benchmarks in India.
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting IT talent in India.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of technical roles, frameworks, programming languages, and IT stacks.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment databases.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience in high-volume IT hiring.
- Knowledge of US/Global IT recruitment processes (optional).
- Certification in HR/Recruitment is a plus.
