Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter (C2H) to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple skill sets. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience hiring IT professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Handle candidate engagement, follow-ups, and onboarding support
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements
