Job Description
- Sourcing of candidates using all the channels namely Portal/Referral/Direct
- Screening resumes as per hiring criteria
- Receiving and Making calls to candidates for telephonic interview/Face to Face interview
- Ensuring and analyses Quality of hires
- Line up the candidates as per given schedule
- Taking initial round of the interview
- Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the pre decided timelines
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, job postings.
- Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organisation's recruitment policies.
- Creating reports on weekly monthly and need basis
- Responsible until joining of candidate

-Should be strong in written and verbal communication.
-Should be disciplined and motivated enough to do justice to the role given to him/her.

- Knowledge in IT Recruitment(Different type of Technology Microsoft etc.)
