Job Description

Location - Kolkata (Onsite)

5 days work week

CTC- 5-6 LPA

Immediate Joiners preferred

Excellent Communication skills needed.

Responsibilities -

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with internal teams, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Possess strong understanding of current technology trends and the skill sets required for various technical roles.

Demonstrate expertise in strategic sourcing, including job postings, recruitment platforms, employer branding initiatives, and LinkedIn-based outreach.

Drives employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and attract top talent.

Experienced in using applicant tracking systems (ATS); prior involvement in recruitment process automation or ATS implementation is an added advantage.

Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective interview coordination, stakeholder engagement, and managing the offer-to-joining experience.

Manages the offer-to-joining experience to ensure seamless onboarding and positive candidate perception.

Familiar with key recruitment metrics such as scorecards, vendor performance evaluation, and candidate satisfaction surveys.

Capable of designing and executing structured evaluation methods, including written assessments, technical tests, and interview scorecards.

Having prior experience of mass recruitment; handling campus recruitment process, vendor engagement is a plus.

Requirements -

Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior working experience in a SaaS company, consulting, or recruitment firm is strongly preferred.

Proven experience in hiring across a diverse range of roles and functions.

Have working knowledge of various job boards like - Naukri, Hirist, IIM Jobs, Indeed etc.

Skilled in industry mapping, talent scouting, and executing targeted hiring strategies for niche or hard-to-fill positions.

Self-driven individual contributor with a target-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple open requirements simultaneously with consistent focus and attention to detail. Strong emphasis on cultural alignment, collaboration, and contributing to a team-oriented, growth-focused environment.
