Responsibilities:
Full-cycle Recruitment:
Assist in managing recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing their skills and fit for roles.
Explore various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and referrals.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support reporting and analysis of recruitment activities. Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Contribute ideas for innovative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic about learning IT recruitment.
