Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing technical talent, and managing candidate pipelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced recruiting environment with the potential for conversion to a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes.
  • Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience working with staffing agencies or corporate recruitment teams.
