Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing technical talent, and managing candidate pipelines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced recruiting environment with the potential for conversion to a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes.
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working with staffing agencies or corporate recruitment teams.
