Timing: 09:30 am- 06:30 pm
Salary: Fixed + Incentives
Number of working days: 6 (alternate Saturdays off after 3 months)
Job Description: End-to-End Recruitment-
1. Responsible for handling IT requirements from Fortune 500 companies
2. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
3. Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.),
4. Making job postings on the Job Portal
5. Responsible for the Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
6. Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication Skills are a must.
2. More than a1 year of experience in IT Recruitment is preferred.
3. Any Graduates (preferably B.Tech or tech background)
4. Team player with good time-management skills.
5. Aptitude to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.
6. Must have handled the end-to-end recruitment process in full
7. Hands-on experience on various job websites or job portals
