We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top IT talent, with a strong understanding of the technical skills required in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping of candidates progress.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Corporate Company is Mandatory who have handledITrecruitment.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies, including software development, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
