Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building robust pipelines of IT talent, maintaining ongoing communication with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will also play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining highly skilled professionals aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, understanding technical roles, and sourcing suitable candidates
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
