About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, and driving end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and permanent positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across various technologies.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 –3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Account Management, or IT Staffing.
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, IBM Sterling OMS, Cloud, Java, and Microsoft technologies.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT staffing or consulting organizations.
- Exposure to contract staffing, C2H, and permanent hiring.
- Existing client management or business development experience is an added advantage
