We're seeking a
Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to lead
test automation for web applications using
Tricentis Tosca. You'll leverage advanced Tosca capabilitiesincluding
Vision AI,
Tosca Copilot,
API testing, and
centralized test data strategiesto build resilient, maintainable automation in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Tosca Automation: Design and maintain automation frameworks using Tosca's advanced features (Vision AI for selfhealing UI automation, Elastic Execution Grid for parallel runs, API testing for endtoend coverage).
- Quality Strategy & Test Design: Apply riskbased testing and modelbased automation; create reusable modules and maintain shared libraries for scalability and speed.
- CI/CD Integration: Embed automation into pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps/Jenkins); enable unattended and parallel execution with reliable reporting and dashboards.
- Test Data Management: Use TDS (Test Data Service) for dynamic, stateful data handling and robust datadriven testing.
- Defect Analysis & Reporting: Lead RCA, stabilize flaky tests, and publish actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Enablement & Best Practices: Coach teams on Tosca workspace optimization, reusable libraries, and selfhealing strategies; enforce standards and guardrails.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and establish quality gates for releases.
QualificationsRequired
- 4 years bachelor degree in Computer Science (preferred) or related field.
- 4+ years of handson QA experience with Tricentis Tosca automating web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modelbased test automation, reusable module design, and riskbased testing.
- Practical expertise with Vision AI, Elastic Execution Grid, API Testing (and service virtualization), TDS, and DEX/Launch for scheduling/distributed execution.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD integration and Agile/Scrum practices.
- General experience with web development (HTML and CSS) for understanding UI structure and improving automation stability.
- Experience with Tosca Copilot for accelerated test design/authoring and execution insights (required).
- Experince with JIRA and test management tools like ALM Quality Center or qTest.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Tosca certifications such as AS2, AE2, TDS1/TDS2.
- Experience optimizing Tosca workspaces, reusable libraries, and selfhealing modules.
- Knowledge of ecommerce and Sales & Marketing domains.
- Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) processes and integrations (preferred).
