Job Description

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in IT software project management within engineering or IT services
• Experience working with global clients in industrial automation
• Proven track record of delivering fixed-price and T&M projects

Technical & Domain Skills

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exposure to industrial automation, control systems, IIoT, or digital engineering
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, ERP systems

Behavioral & Leadership Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen
