You'll lead cross-functional squads to ship high-impact deliverables on time, every time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects—from scope definition and resource allocation to QA sign-off and post-launch support—using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, tech, and vendor teams to ensure clear requirements, milestones, and KPIs across project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project plans, Gantt charts, risk logs, and change control protocols to maintain schedule, budget, and quality adherence.
- Proactively identify project bottlenecks, escalate blockers, and implement mitigation strategies to keep delivery on-track.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; facilitate JIRA/Confluence tracking and reporting for team velocity and progress visibility.
- Collaborate with PMO to refine project governance, templates, and best practices—ensuring compliance with internal standards and external client SLAs.
