We are searching for an User Experience Program Manager, whose mission is to leverage a holistic understanding of TDDI initiatives, the User Experience (UX) portfolio, and organizational processes to steer, track, and report on the evolution of UX services. This role ensures coherence, governance, and strategic alignment across UX-related projects and communities, fostering innovation, tactical and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and continuously update the UX Products, Projects & Services Portfolio documentation, ensuring relevance and accessibility for stakeholders.
Oversee the Build-to-Run process for TDDI initiatives impacting UX, from ideation to operational handover.
Organize, animate and inform the communities for the Annual Business Plan Guidelines on User Experience initiatives
Facilitate workshops with business support teams and regional UX leaders to envision and expand the UX services and product portfolio.
Lead the UX Project/Product Management community, ensuring governance, alignment, and best practices across initiatives.
Harmonize the UX delivery pipeline, bridging solution development, and operational support. Create and present KPI dashboards and strategic reports on UX services to TDDI stakeholders. Manage the UX Project Portfolio, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
Maintain the UX Product / Service Portfolio up to date and with relevant content
Animate UX communities and internal events, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Ensure integration and alignment between global TDDI and UX portfolios, identifying dependencies and optimization opportunities.
Curate and maintain the UX knowledge base, ensuring its accuracy and long-term relevance. Oversee lifecycle of user-facing and tech-facing material (knowledge database management).
Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as IT Project Manager, PMO, Scrum Master, or Change Manager.
Proven experience in international and matrixed environments.
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile); familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
Solid understanding of Modern Workplace technologies, especially Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Capable of operating in a mediator mindset, facilitating discussions between stakeholders, technical and functional teams.
Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL) and Change Management frameworks.
Exposure to Design Thinking and other structured problem-solving methodologies.
Ability to formulate use cases, envision solutions, and translate business needs into actionable plans.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Skilled in producing insightful dashboards, meeting materials, and extracting key insights from data.
Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
