ProjectGovernance
Establishing and enforcing project management standards, processes, and methodologies from IT point.
Ensuring that relevant IT members are recognized and allocation to project agreed (in different phases)
Synchronizing the activities with other streams
Being the focal point of IT when doing the planning, design, build, testing and deployment
Coordinating the Planning, Design, Build and Test phase from IT point of view
Ensuring the resources and timing together with KONE internal & external IT stakeholders
Aligning stakeholders and ensuring clarity on requirements
Facilitating the needed meetings to gather all needed information and to agree tasks to be done
Overall Schedule and Deliverables Management
Ensuring that agreed milestones are reached according the project timeline
preparation & governance structure including needed continuous meeting throughout the project
In design, making sure that responsible IT deliverables are mutually aligned and documented
In build, ensuring that deliverables are build according agreed plan and timing and possible ad-hoc findings are taken in to project deliverables
Reserving the relevant testing resources from IT including external partners when testing the solution, e.g. SIT (System Integration Testing, Unit testing). Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) from IT perspective and collecting the gaps found & arranging fixes
In rollout phase, coordinating deployment activities accross different locations.
Documenting the phases and representing IT in project meetings
Acting as a focal point representing IT in the project
Supporting SME's: IT Product Owner / Manager, Global Process Owner and other relevant SME's
Keeping the master documentation of IT system development & configuration up to date
Ensuring alignment between project teams, leadership and other stakeholders
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Reporting the progress continuously and giving alerts is any deviations occur
Arranging corrective actions if new / changed activities seen needed

Key technologies or platforms
SAP/SC Planning tools
Understanding logistics processes and/or supply chain planning processes.
Understanding of development phases. Knowledge of integrations.
Methodologies
Familiarity with methodologies like DevOps, Agile, Scrum.
Business area
Supply Operations
3-5 years of experience in a PM role, including development coordination and integration projects.
Relevant experience in facilitating project delivery with modern methodologies.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Agile mindset, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and requirements effectively
Communication level, skills and language
Proficient in English (mandatory). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
Ensures clear communication, fosters collaboration, and keeps meetings on track with defined agendas and objectives.
Cooperation skills
Strong coordination, facilitating meetings, and delivering effective presentation. Capable of managing IT steering meetings.
Capability to create independently high-quality project related documentation in tight time schedule.
