Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA, IT ops, vendors, and business analysts.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments gracefully.
- Foster a positive, productive team environment and drive accountability.
