Summary:
Coordinates software product/feature development-related project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides technical, administrative, and logistical support, including project schedule preparation, risk identification/monitoring, project execution/monitoring, meeting arrangement, progress tracking, documentation, reporting, and preparing executive updates.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate software product/feature development-related project activities.
- Ensure projects are on schedule.
- Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support.
- Prepare project schedules and identify/monitor risks.
- Execute and monitor projects, arrange meetings, and track progress.
- Prepare documentation, reporting, and executive updates.
Requirements:
- Overall experience of 10 to 15 years.
- Minimum of 6 years in software project and program management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent familiarity and experience in managing projects/programs across the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools.
- Ability to drive and contribute to technical discussions on software product/feature development, enhancement, and support.
Preferred Skills:
- Independent mindset with initiative and smart working ability.
- Ability to come up with actions and ideas.
