Hitachi Energy Grid Automation - Business Solutions IT Team is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support our global business, drive value, and foster growth.

The domain is looking for professional to support projects focus on R&D & software engineering.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful digital transformation projects on a global scale and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.

How you will make impact:

• Project management: Team management in multiple time zones, planning, set up scope, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, manage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies and use various project management tools

• Project delivery: Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of project from Initiate to Close

• Stakeholder management: Facilitate internal and supplier meetings, pro-active Stakeholder Management and engage on individual needs

• Change management: Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders

• Project communication: determine communication plans

• Risk & escalation management: identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations

• Projectgovernance & compliance: ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls

Your background:

• Experience and knowledge area: min. 5+ years of professional working experience in area of IT Project Management (Software or Electrical Engineering background will be plus), highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principles, comprehensive understanding of business processes in at least one of the following domains: Service, Electrical or Software Engineering, proven experience in a similar role

• Communication & language skills: strong written and verbal communication skills, English on min. B2 business level

• Soft skills: strong relationship, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, highly organized with attention to detail

• Leadership and project management skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, ability to assess and mitigate risk

• Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4 (certification will be advantage)
